Qualifications
Field maintenance, handling all field maintenance in the circles, typical activities is corrective and preventive maintenance but also network changes that require physical intervention
· To Remote login in case of NOC outage to all traffic nodes on the Network
· To Manage Routine Alarms in the Network
· To Investigate the alarms, resolve fault & reassurance with NOC
· To Interact with TSG for Customer Complaints
· To interact with D&P, TAC and NOC for Change requests work orders.
· To interact with Local vendors for environmental upkeep of sites.
· To interact with environmental alarms at the sites.
4 years or more experience in operations and maintenance of BTS, Microwave and Transmission equipment.
