Empanelment of Advocates to Represent TDB Before Various Courts in Delhi and Before Arbitrators
Technology Development Board (TDB) invites applications from Advocates within the meaning Advocates Act, 1961 enrolled with the respective State Bar Council, having requisite qualification and experience in Banking Laws, Insolvency Laws, N.I Act, Arbitration Proceedings, Recovery Suits, Corporate Laws & Service matters before different courts & forums including High Court, DRT, DRAT, NCLT, NCCAT etc. with minimum 5 years of court experience.
