Essential
1. Post Graduation in the subject mentioned (History / Geography / Economics / Political Science)
with at least second division from a recognized University.

2. Report Writer: Essential:-
1. Masters Degree in English / Mass Communication / Creative writing or equivalent with at least
second division from any recognized University.
